- Collaborate with FMI scientists to interpret communicate and publish results.
- Work closely with the Mass Spectrometry Facility on advanced data analysis.
- Analyze proteomics datasets and develop new analytical approaches when needed.
- Advise scientists on experimental design and data analysis strategies.
- Teach and mentor scientists in computational proteomics.
- You hold a PhD degree or can demonstrate equivalent experience in computational biology physics mathematics biology or related fields with formal training in statistics and multivariate data analysis.
- You have strong programming skills including knowledge of algorithms data structures and signal processing.
- You have extensive analyzing and interpreting mass spectrometry data using state-of-the-art tools and you are interested in integrating it with other data modalities such as RNA-seq or ATAC-seq data.
- You enjoy collaborative projects communicate results effectively and work well with experimental biologists.
- You can work independently and are open to acquire new skills relevant to your role.
