Role Overview
We are seeking a Neuroscience Sales Representative to lead commercial execution in the Bogotá North territory with additional coverage in Tunja and Villavicencio. This role is ideal for newtoindustry talent who brings strong learning agility motivation and a passion for building relationships in highly scientific and customerfocused environments.
The position is responsible for driving performance of the Neuroscience portfolio by executing business strategies identifying opportunities and developing trusted relationships with healthcare professionals always upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Build and sustain strong longterm trustbased relationships with key healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
Promote Janssens Neuroscience portfolio in an ethical responsible and compliant manner.
Execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives and KPI targets.
Conduct inperson and virtual customer interactions scientific discussions and product presentations.
Analyze territory performance data to identify trends risks and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with Marketing Medical and Market Access teams to implement local initiatives.
Participate in trainings national meetings and continuous learning programs.
Ensure strict adherence to internal policies industry regulations and compliance guidelines.
Travel approximately 30% of the time across the territory (Bogotá Tunja Villavicencio).
Required Qualifications (MustHave)
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Life Sciences Health Sciences Engineering Economics or related fields.
03 years of professional experience (newtoindustry candidates encouraged to apply).
Strong communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
High learning agility and strong motivation to develop within the pharmaceutical industry.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract insights.
Selfdriven resultsoriented and able to work independently.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications (NicetoHave)
Previous experience in pharmaceutical marketing analytics or internship roles.
