Your mission
Relu: We design your grandmothers teeth with AI
Did you know that most new teeth dentures or clear aligners that dentists place in our mouths are first designed in a CAD software and then 3D printed. Well we do the design automatically with our web-based AI-driven CAD software. 1000s of designs per day.A CAD software is not a standalone thing. It needs data from implants across the globe API integration with 3D printing companies and Lab Management Software.
We are looking for a high-intelligence high-agency individual to own the Relu ecosystem. You will be the person who ensures our AI design engine is seamlessly woven into every 3D printer milling machine lab management software and implant system on the planet.
Your profile
The Challenge
You will:- Negotiate the Ecosystem: Interface with global hardware giants (mills/printers/implants) and software players to secure proprietary libraries and APIs.
- Architect the Workflow: Youll determine how a dentist in Chicago working with a lab in New York moves from a scan to a physical product in minutes.
- Zero Ivory Tower Policy: At a 25-person scale-up strategy is born on the ground not in a slide deck. You will start as the primary technical point of contact for our customers. Youll get your hands dirty solving real-world workflow friction diagnosing complex user queries and ensuring our clients & partners are successful.
- From Player to Coach: Youll start playing the support game in the beginning to understand our customers and their issues. At the same time you will be the person building the Relu Support Playbook that will allow us to build a large support team that can handle 1000s of queries per day.
Who You Are
- You have a background in Dentistry Engineering or Business Engineering from a top-tier university.
- You might be a former Management Consultant (MBB) Project Manager or Product Lead in a scale-up who is ready to get their hands dirty and build yourself.
- Or you are a Dental Technician who outgrew the lab. Youve mastered the clinical side but youre also the person everyone calls when the software breaks.
- You have extreme ownership. You dont wait for a manual; you write it as you easily understand the bigger picture.
- You dont mind travelling from Germany to the US Singapore or Dubai to meet partners or dental labs at large exhibitions or at their HQ.
Your Toolkit
- Technical Fluency: You dont need to code but you must speak (or be willing to learn) the language of APIs iFrames and dental sciences.
- Strategic Nuance: You can navigate NDAs Integrator Agreements and Reseller Contracts without getting lost in the weeds.
- High EQ: You can hold your own in a room with a CTO of a multi-billion dollar hardware company and a stressed dental lab owner.
