Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly AI-savvy AI Specialist to support and optimize AI-driven systems within a fast-growing digital education business.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply immersed in the AI ecosystem stays ahead of emerging tools and trends and enjoys both building advanced workflows and teaching others how to use them. You will play a critical role in researching implementing and productizing AI-powered systems that support business growth and student education.
This is a highly autonomous role suited for a proactive self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-moving innovation-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay up to date with the latest AI tools research and emerging technologies
- Evaluate test and recommend new AI products and platforms
- Build optimize and maintain AI-powered workflows for business operations
- Create scalable systems using automation and AI integrations
- Help productize internal AI workflows into structured teachable frameworks
- Record technical demos and tutorials for student training and educational programs
- Clearly explain AI processes and technical setups in an accessible easy-to-follow way
- Continuously improve systems for efficiency automation and performance
Required Hard Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with Anthropic tools and products
- Strong working knowledge of MindPal
- Proficiency in automation platforms such as Zapier and
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize AI-powered workflows
- Strong understanding of AI integrations and automation architecture
- Ability to independently research and implement new AI technologies
- Experience recording technical demos tutorials or training materials
Required Soft Skills
- Highly proactive and self-motivated

- Excellent English communication skills (clear spoken communication required for student-facing content)
