If you enjoy getting systems set up properly and guiding clients through a smooth go-live this role will feel like a good fit.
Were working with a growing B2B SaaS business in the golf and hospitality tech space.
Theyre looking for someone who can take ownership of the onboarding process from understanding client requirements and configuring software systems through to training users and ensuring successful adoption.
What youll be doing:
Configuring software eco-systems based on client requirements
Managing onboarding projects and timelines
Supporting data migration and system setup
Training users and guiding them through go-live
Providing post-launch support and follow-up
Contributing to process improvements and documentation
Youll do well if you:
Have 13 years experience in software implementation / onboarding / client success
Can manage multiple projects and moving parts
Explain technical workflows clearly to non-technical users
Are detail-focused and solutions-oriented
Enjoy working directly with clients
Nice to have:
Experience with CRM or project management tools
Exposure to hospitality / golf environments
Additional languages (French Italian Spanish)
