About the Role:
We seek a motivated Developer with a passion for C# programming Framework 4.8 and multithreading implementation. As a Developer youll collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams across Europe and in Kuala Lumpur to discuss requirements and solution design. Your role includes actively monitoring Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines for both OnPrem and Container setups always applying a continuous improvement mindset.
What Youll Do:
- Design develop maintain and ship Sitecore Experience Platform products.
- Write high-quality C# code for features bug fixes and hotfixes following Sitecore guidelines.
- Clarify user stories acceptance criteria and task breakdowns to deliver business value within two-week iterations.
- Debug and resolve complex issues across multiple components and integrations.
- Operate within CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable builds tests and deployments.
- Contribute to defining software engineering best practices.
- Support the Engineering Manager in executing team performance strategies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to support iterative delivery.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Excellent experience in C# .NET framework and relevant tools like Visual Studio VS Code ReSharper.
- Good knowledge of Docker and AKS deployment and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience in CI/CD setup and configuration best practices while TeamCity as tooling and PowerShell as scripting language are priorities.
- Strong implementation experience in:
- GraphQL.
- Data structures (e.g. stacks queues collections).
- LINQ (Language-Integrated Query) for querying data structures.
- Unit testing.
- WebAPI and REST API.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for performance tracing and debugging.
Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
- Having experience with: .Net Core Multithreading JavaScript
- Comfortable applying AI tools to improve development productivity and quality.
- Docker/Kubernetes familiarity for local or distributed development.
