Job Summary
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer (L3) with strong COBOL-based development skills to support banking projects particularly in cards domain. The role will involve integration work between backend mainframe systems and frontend applications.
Experience:

Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Mainframe (z/OS environment)
- Mandatory skills: COBOL JCL CICS
- Experience working with VSAM and sequential datasets (no DB exposure required)
- Good understanding of SDLC and banking domain projects
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Cardlink / Vision Plus (cards systems)
- Exposure to Web Services and REST APIs
- Experience with MQ and system integration
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL JCL and CICS
- Support integration of Cardlink with frontend applications
- Work on batch and online processing using VSAM and sequential datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SDLC phases
- Ensure system stability performance and timely issue resolutio
