Job Summary
RN Telemetry
Location: Paducah KY
Contract Type: Travel
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12 Nights
Pay: $2062.80/week
Completion Bonus: $2500 per contract (up to $7500 after three contracts)
Job Description
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment. Candidates must have prior travel experience and strong cardiac telemetry skills. The nurse will provide care to adult and geriatric patients requiring cardiac monitoring and post-cardiac intervention care. Floating to like units including Tele 4B is required. Epic experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Manage and respond to dysrhythmias
- Provide pre/post cardiac care including cath and post-MI patients
- Perform central line care and IV management
- Follow heparin and cardiac drip protocols (per unit standards)
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
- Float to like units as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN license required (Compact accepted if applicable)
- Minimum 2 years Telemetry experience required
- Previous travel experience required
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- NIHSS required
- Strong cardiac telemetry experience required
- Must meet 75-mile radius rule
- Scrub color: Royal Blue
