As a Security Officer Emergency Dispatch Clearance Required in King Of Prussia PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. As a Dispatch Officer at an aero and defense location you will coordinate security-related calls monitor alarms and access activity and support on-site teams with clear timely communication. You will help to keep operations running smoothly by tracking incidents documenting updates and guiding responses with professionalism and customer service. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.
• Operate the dispatch function by receiving and prioritizing calls for service coordinating officer response and relaying clear updates to leadership and/or client representatives.
• Monitor alarms access control events and/or CCTV systems document activity and escalate unusual conditions according to post orders to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including coordinating notifications to appropriate internal and/or external resources.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter completing routine checks and reporting maintenance access and/or policy concerns as observed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Maintain an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
