Position Summary:

As the Alumni Outreach Specialist you will represent the company and work with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase company visibility within the alumni community. Initiate and maintain ongoing support and communication with Alumni.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Performs daily weekly and monthly record keeping in relation to engagement updated profile data awareness calls.
  • Maintains ongoing communication with patients after discharge following the required cadence set up as the team standard and expectations given by VP of Alumni Dev
  • Maintain contact with Alumni and builds ongoing new and current relationships with them to support the continued progress.
  • Schedule regular outreach calls to raise awareness of Alumni Association presence update data engage alumni to rapport and support.
  • Prepares accurate records and reporting on tracking communication and touchpoints with alumni.
  • Light travel and organization of special events including appreciation events community events and commencement.
  • Collaborates with management to develop and implement initiatives that increase company visibility within the Alumni community.



Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelors preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in outreach activities preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years in the Behavioral Health Industry preferred.
  • Detail orientated with ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills in Excel PowerPoint and virtual presentations.
  • 1 year of professional written communication and presentation skills.
  • SalesForce experience preferred
