We are a leading provider of Market Expansion Services for pharmaceutical OTC consumer health and medical device companies seeking to grow across Asia. We partner with chain pharmacies personal care stores hospitals and clinics helping them expand in new and existing markets through access to highquality products training and customer service.
About the program
Recently graduated or graduating in 2026 Our 18month Management Associate (MA) Program commencing July 2026 is designed to accelerate your learning and prepare you for an assistant managerlevel role on completion. Youll rotate across our Healthcare business unit in sales and marketing teams gain endtoend exposure and contribute to real impact from day one.
What youll do
- Tackle real business challenges and own deliverables within each rotation
- Analyse data and market insights to drive decisions and recommendations
- Collaborate across functions to deliver projects from design to execution
- Present updates and findings to leaders and stakeholders
- Continuously improve processes customer journeys and commercial outcomes

What were looking for
- Bachelors degree in Science Nutrition Business Marketing or a related discipline
- Passion for healthcare/pharmaceuticals and shaping the future of the industry
- Internships in healthcare/pharma (desirable)
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player
- Creative problemsolver with solid analytical ability
- Resilient and adaptable in a fastpaced environment
- Language: Proficiency in Cantonese English and Mandarin

- Start: July 2026
- Outcome: Fasttrack to a capable Assistant Manager upon successful completion
