Our team is looking for a motivated and curiousHRIS Co-Opto join our Corporate HR Technology team. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience at the intersection ofHuman Resources data and technologywhile working on projects that directly support employees across the globe.

What Youll Do
As an HRIS Coop youll be a true member of the HRIS teamnot just an observer. Youll contribute to high visibility initiatives while building in demand skills used by HR technology professionals.
Youll:
- Support HRIS projects throughdata auditing reporting and dashboard preparation
- Participate insystem testing cycles including test scripts and release readiness
- Create and maintainHRIS documentation such as SOPs SharePoint pages and knowledge articles
- Collaborate with teams acrossTalent Acquisition Compensation ITOrganization Developmentand Learning
- Complete project based work assigned by HRIS leads and gain exposure to real project delivery
Who You Are
Youre a student who enjoys problem solving working with data and learning how systems fit together. Were looking for someone who:
- Is pursuing a degree inHuman Resources Business Analytics Information Systems Data Science or a related field
- Is arising senior undergraduate or graduate student
- Iscomfortable usingMicrosoft 365and Zoom
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Thrives in adetail oriented fast paced environment
