The Opportunity
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support whistleblowing and due diligence programs in a temporary role for five (5) months. The role involves assisting clients in operating whistleblowing programs (hotline/email/post) and conducting publicrecords due diligence including screening information provided by clients and third parties.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Listen attentively to whistleblowers clarify information to ensure a complete understanding of their concern and documenting such concerns in a report.
- Investigate and check the qualifications history and appropriateness of individuals or organizations facilitating well-informed decisions in areas like hiring and business dealings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala Tamil and English and possess strong English writing skills.
- Ability to work shifts (rotational basis i.e. six day work week with six hours per day) and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word Excel Outlook Teams etc.).
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
