Your future role

Youll work alongside motivated and energetic teammates and will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and repair of the Rolling Stock and its associated equipment under the Scope of the Rolling Stock team at the Randwick Depot for Sydney Light youre ambitious driven and team-spirited this is your opportunity to build a role will be on a rotating roster which includes morning shifts (6 am-2 pm) afternoon shifts (2 pm-10 pm) and night shifts (10 pm-6 am) across weekdays and weekends.

Well look to you for:

• Carrying out routine examinations fault finding interrogation and diagnostic testing on tram equipment installed on Sydney Light Rail Vehicles (LRV) sub-systems
• Actively maintaining and repairing tram equipment installed on Light Rail Vehicles
• Following all established safety proceduresand utilisingsafety equipment as required
• Reporting on activities problems found and measures taken
• Liaisingwith internal and external stakeholders and understandingas well as implementingquality control mesaures

• Fault finding ability with demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Experience in maintenance activities in a similar environment will be an advantage but not essential.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Certificate III Electrotechnology and NSW Electrical Licence (or ability to obtain)
