Job Summary

Summary
The Farm Laborer performs various duties that allow for the assortment of agricultural product.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with building maintenance such as painting cleaning etc.
- Assists with irrigation equipment.
- Light equipment operation.
- Other duties as assigned
Typical Education
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Relevant Experience
- Prior experience in general farming operations.
- 1 year agricultural packaging or labor experience
Requirements
- Work days will include some evenings weekends and holidays depending on business need and schedule ability to work this schedule.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to work in a hot environment for long periods of time.
- Able to work well with others in a fast paced environment.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to be on time for shift.
