Duties & Responsibilities
Welcome residents warmly as they arrive for mealsAssist residents to their tables and provide support where neededPrepare dining areas before service (lay tables ensure cleanliness set up beverages)Serve drinks assist with meal service and respond to resident requestsMaintain high standards of hygiene and presentation in dining areasCommunicate resident needs or concerns to the catering and care teamsBuild positive caring relationships with residents to enhance their dining experience
