The Opportunity
This fixedterm opportunity (running until January 2027) is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Makeup has an analytical mindset and is eager to build a career in Buying or Category Management and work closely with some of the most exciting highend and trenddriven beauty brands in the industry.

Whether youre analysing category performance supporting launches or building great relationships with brand partners youll play a meaningful role in driving the commercial success of a brand thats redefining beauty in the UK.
What youll be doing
Youll support the Makeup Category team across the full commercial lifecycle including:
- Liaising with suppliers to gather new line information and ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Supporting the Makeup Category Manager with trend analysis forecasting and identifying upcoming brands and innovations.
- Helping to prepare product nominations for Marketing Social and PR activity.
- Analysing sales margin and performance trends to identify opportunities for weekly trade reviews.
- Raising purchase orders for new ranges promotional buys samples and ad hoc requests.
- Updating product data pricing files codes and supplier contact information to maintain accuracy.
- Owning the resolution of supplier invoice queries by partnering with Finance to resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Managing the callin tracking and coordination of product samples for marketing and retail needs.
- Managing retail sampling processes and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Supporting adhoc administrative tasks and commercial projects assigned by senior team members.
- Deputising for the Assistant Category Manager when required.
