Job Description
Castle Employment Group is recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in Scarborough. Key Responsibilities
Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn job boards and Castles internal CRM
Conduct candidate screening calls interviews and suitability assessments
Write and advertise job vacancies across CV Library Indeed and other platforms
Build strong relationships with candidates providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
Support Recruitment Consultants with shortlisting interview coordination and candidate management
Maintain accurate records and activity within the recruitment CRM system
Deliver a professional consultative candidate experience aligned with Castles values
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong communication skills with confidence building relationships over the phone and in person
Motivated ambitious and eager to develop a career in recruitment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Previous experience in customer service sales administration or a target-driven environment would be beneficial

This role is based in Scarborough and is easily commutable from Malton Filey Bridlington Pickering and Whitby. The office is centrally located with good transport links and nearby parking.
