Pendo is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive in Munich Germany to drive new business across our largest EMEA accounts. This role is built for high-performing enterprise sellers with a proven track record of closing $500K$1M SaaS deals in start-up or high-growth environments. Youll lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles selling cutting-edge Data & Analytics solutions powered by AIbacked by exciting product innovation and momentum at Pendowhile accelerating growth in one of our most strategic segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Win new enterprise logos across Germany within Pendos most strategic segment
- Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first engagement to close
- Consistently deliver $500K$1M SaaS deals
- Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
- Develop and execute clear strategic account plans
- Position Pendos AI-powered Data & Analytics platform as a critical driver of digital transformation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to win and expand strategic accounts
- Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
Experience & Requirements
- Strong track record of closing $500K$1M enterprise SaaS deals
- Experience selling into large complex matrix organisations
- Background in Data Analytics AI or enterprise technology solutions
- Proven success in a start-up or high-growth environment
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and executive buyers
- Structured strategic and highly self-driven
- Fluent German and professional English
