What youll do
Following are the key tasks that this role will perform:
- Act as named architect for large and strategic ECS customers in the APJ /EMEA region addressing architecture-related topics and challenges throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Interact with Pre-Sales and Sales on deal requirements (customer-focused solution design)
- Support ECS Delivery and ECS Customer Delivery Engagement in critical customer situations and projects
- .Engineering and prototyping of new services as part of the ECS CAE Innovation and engineering process.
What you bring
- IT Industry experience of more than8years in SAP-Technology
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science Business Administration
- High proficiency in customer communications project management and presentations
- High proficiency in the SAP product portfolio offerings and industry solutions.
- Good understanding of SAP solutions (releases platform interdependencies etc.)
- Solid hands-on and know-how with SAP technologies like SAP NetWeaver Business Objects SAP HANA SAP Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) and Solution interdependencies in a cloud environment.
- Knowledge of SAP basis technologies Network/Web technologies LINUX based infrastructures IT Security IT Business Continuity including High Availability and Disaster Recovery
- Good understanding of capabilities of at least one Hyperscaler (AWS MS Azure or GCP).
- Knowledge of SAP System Security would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of ITIL-based operational aspects (Application or Technical) of SAP solutions in a cloud environment.
- Willingness to undertake customer-related travel.
- Fluent English is a must; Consulting experience is beneficial.
