Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented Remote Assistant to support daily business operations at Au Natural Organics. The ideal candidate is dependable tech-savvy and passionate about organic natural and sustainable products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails calendar scheduling and appointment coordination
- Provide customer support via email chat and social media
- Process orders track shipments and handle returns/exchanges
- Maintain and update product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Assist with social media scheduling and community engagement
- Conduct online research for suppliers trends and competitors
- Prepare reports organize documents and maintain digital files
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a virtual/remote assistant or administrative assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Gmail)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify WooCommerce)
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer) is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Interest in organic natural and sustainable products preferred
