Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Science Information Technology or related field.
- Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

- Experience in providing remote technical support is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Up to 2 years of experience in a technical support role specifically in remote customer support.
