The MRI Technologist performs complex MRI examinations to generate detailed diagnostic images used by radiologists for evaluation and treatment planning. This role emphasizes technical accuracy patient safety and adherence to imaging protocols.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced MRI scans following established imaging standards
- SafelyoperateMRI equipment and related technology
- Position patients correctly to ensureoptimalimage quality
- Assess images for clarity and diagnostic accuracy
- Follow MRI safety infection control and quality guidelines
- Record procedure details accurately in clinical systems
- Coordinate with radiologists and clinical staff
Qualifications
- Experience with advanced MRI imaging
- Strong knowledge of MRI safety and procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with a patient-focused mindset
