If you are a Brand and Integrated Marketing Manager professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career this role offers the chance to shape and elevate the Greenlee brand within Emersons Professional Tools portfolio. You will lead the development and execution of an integrated North American gotomarket strategy balancing longterm brand vision with impactful commercialization customer engagement and highperforming marketing initiatives.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead Greenlees integrated gotomarket strategy across Paid Owned and Earned channels.
  • Serve as the primary steward of the brand ensuring consistency authenticity and alignment across all customer-facing initiatives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Greenlee audience competitive environment and key market trends to inform positioning messaging and strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Product Management and Sales to build effective commercialization programs that support major launches and business priorities.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns grounded in customer needs brand goals and measurable business objectives.
  • Guide audience strategy messaging and content development in partnership with internal teams and external experts to ensure alignment across the full customer journey
    Direct the creation of compelling creative assets and marketing content to support high-impact execution.
  • Shape paid media strategy and oversee performance tracking measurement and ROI reporting
    Manage influencer social media and public relations programs to grow community engagement and strengthen brand credibility.
  • Lead outbound email marketing and marketing automation initiatives collaborating with specialists to support subscriber growth and effective storytelling
    Support sales enablement merchandising and channel marketing teams through tools programs and creative resources.
  • Represent the brand at tradeshows events and customer engagements to build relationships capture insights and strengthen brand presence.
  • Partner closely with the RIDGID brand marketing team to drive alignment knowledge-sharing and efficiencies across the Professional Tools organization.
  • Monitor analytics champion a testandlearn approach and continuously optimize channel performance.
  • Mentor one direct team member while influencing broader cross-functional teams

For This Role You Will Need:

  • 5 years experience developing and delivering integrated brand or marketing strategies.
  • Skill in leading crossfunctional initiatives in partnership with Sales Product and external agencies.
  • Ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing programs across digital social email events and PR.
  • Strong storytelling communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfort using data and performance insights to guide strategy and evaluate results.
  • Experience managing or mentoring others is helpful.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% including monthly travel to Rockford IL.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge of how Paid Owned and Earned media channels work together to drive brand performance.
  • Experience balancing both strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics content strategy marketing automation or CRM-enabled programs.
  • Proficiency with common marketing and business software tools.
  • Experience supporting trade-focused or professional enduser brands.
