Were looking to hire aCrewing Controllerto join ourCrewing Departmentbased at Low Fare Finder House Leeds Bradford Airport.
This role will work across a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 2days 2 nights 4 off.
** This role is a fixed-term position for 12 months **
Reporting to the Crewing Duty Manager ourCrewing Controllerwill be responsible for the effective resource management of all Crew across thes flying programme.

What youll be doing:
- Ensuring the optimum utilisation of manpower across our Cabin Crew and Flight Deck teams ensuring that all changes are made in accordance with CAA &rules and regulations.
- Required to quickly calmly and effectively communicate with Crew and other operational Teams within the business often in pressurised situations.
- Sharing your knowledge and experience through coaching theCrewing Co-ordinators playing avital rolein the overall success of Team.
What youll have:
- You will already haveCrewingorRosteringexperienceandthrive in a fast paced and demanding customer service environment.
- Have ananalytical approachto all you do with fast and effective problem solving ability.
- Have goodfinancial awarenessand you must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage your own workload in a demanding environment.
- Coaching or supervisory experience would be an advantage for this position.
