Your new role
As Senior Manager Insights & Digital Innovation youll be the strategic bridge between data digital capabilities and commercial success. Youll lead our omnichannel customer engagement (OCE) insights strategy partnering closely with business units to transform customer signals into measurable outcomes. This role goes far beyond traditional analyticsyoull be a consulting partner for digital transformation enabling the organization to make faster smarter decisions.

Youll be based in our Germany affiliate in Mainz one of the largest and most strategic markets within International Operations home to more than 500 employees. Within Customer Engagement & Operations/Strategy youll play a pivotal role in accelerating our digital transformation journey. Our team sits at the intersection of data technology and commercial strategyenabling the organization to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences and data-driven decisions that fuel growth.
