Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted California Nursing Home Administrator license
• Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong understanding of census development financial performance and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead department heads and maintain staff engagement
• Experience operating in competitive healthcare markets preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility
• Drive census growth and financial performance in alignment with ownership expectations
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Lead develop and retain department heads and frontline staff
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and resident satisfaction
• Partner with regional and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives
