YOUR NEW ROLE

Join us as anInfrastructure Contracts Coordinator and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Youll oversee preventative corrective and reactive maintenance contracts plus minor works - ensuring services are delivered safely efficiently and on time.

Collaborating with contractors and internal teams youll build strong partnerships align expectations and drive accountability. Using scorecards and KPIs youll analyse performance provide insights and recommend improvements that make a real impact.

ARE YOU THE ONE

  • Minimum 5 years experience in building maintenance contractor management and operational support within complex high-activity environments including minor works and procurement.
  • Strong contract management expertise including developing contract management plans establishing KPIs and SLAs monitoring performance and overseeing contract administration.
  • Proven building/trades industry background or relevant tertiary qualifications with sound knowledge of building systems maintenance practices and legislation (e.g. BCA WHS/OH&S).
  • Demonstrated stakeholder and contractor leadership with exceptional customer service standards and a track record of improving service delivery outcomes.
  • Business and financial acumen including budgeting technical estimation reporting prioritisation and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and governance skills including writing reports and approval papers plus an understanding of heritage conservation considerations in high-profile buildings.
