Job Summary
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the casino hotel and dining experiences.
- Collaborate on social media content creation scheduling and engagement strategies.
- Support email marketing initiatives including drafting editing and analyzing campaign performance.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional events and activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers brochures and digital content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing within the hospitality gaming or entertainment industry.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar software (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
