Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. As a Production Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting various stages of the production process ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of production schedules and call sheets.
- Support the setup and breakdown of production equipment and sets.
- Manage and organize production materials and supplies to ensure availability when needed.
- Help with on-site logistics including coordinating transportation and catering services.
- Track and document production progress reporting any issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or recently completed a degree in film media or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings late nights and weekends when necessary.
- Basic knowledge of production equipment and processes is a plus but not mandatory.
