Overview
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology Test & Evaluation Program Mission Support Engineering & Analysis and Training.
Responsibilities
- Answers questions analyzes problems and provides technical assistance support and advice to end users for hardware software and systems through phone email or chat.
- Resolves computer software and hardware problems of users and acts as a contact for users having problems using computer software hardware and operating systems.
- Acts as the escalation path to resolve moderate to highly complex technical issues.
- Provides support for call overflow during peak time or reduced staff during off peak hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or 4-5 years of related work experience
- DoD 8570 Certification (Security CE or equivalent) required.
- Favorable Tier III Public Trust Clearance Required.
Pay Transparency Statement
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $57100.00/Yr. - USD $95300.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
