Aim of Function |
To profitably grow the business by managing the IC assigned to him/her excellent execution of strategies and building strategic partnerships with key/own customer/s and clients/suppliers thus enabling DKSH to maintain its position as the leader in market expansion services.

Main Duties | Direction-Setting
- Formulates business plan for the IC he/she is handling.
- Lead direct report/s
- Set as good example to peers to properly implement management directions strategies and processes/ systems on-time and on-budget.
- Provides relevant information/inputs that help in setting the general direction and in developing (or reviewing existing) processes/ systems that support team operations.
Sales & Profitability
- Executes sales strategies in managing the IC its direct report/s and key/own account/s.
- Monitors costs for proper pricing and contract terms to achieve target margins.
- Prepares quotations proposals and contracts to facilitate sales agreements and commitments.
- Ensures on-time delivery of sales and full customer satisfaction by providing after-sales service.
- Develop strong relationship with key/own account/s decision makers and important personnel
- Provides necessary support to BL Head in managing client/supplier relationship by ensuring their requirements/ expectations are met.
New Business Development
- Generates the targeted growth rate of GM1* by developing additional new products/new clients/suppliers with key/own accounts and ensures these projects remain profitable over time.
- Gathers market information and knowledge (eg: competitive rates activities global and local market trends organizational changes to provide customized solutions.
- Provides BL Head with market info that will help in concerted effort to source new clients/suppliers and/or products.
- Coordinates with clients-suppliers for product development and do joint calls/visits where applicable.
SWC Management
- Gathers sufficient data to accurately derive sales forecasts for better Forecast* and inventory management.
- Implements CRC* and ensures collection/settlement of ARs and SARs within prescribed credit terms.
- Monitors inventory turnover of each SKU* to eliminate ageing items.

Additional Duties | - As deputy to the BL Head performs tasks that may be assigned in the absence of the BL Head when necessary.
- Performs other duties and tasks as management deemed necessary to support the companys business objectives.
