Internship Overview:

Nasdaqs Internship Program provides outstanding opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience during a 10-week internship. As part of the program you will partner with a mentor network with senior colleagues and take on a real-world project with real-world impact and gain practical skills that will help shape your career for years to come. Additionally you will meet with senior leaders and participate in professional development activities throughout your internship.

Index Governance Intern

At Nasdaq youll have the chance to start your career in an environment where learning teamwork and innovation come this role youll support the Index Governance team and gain hands-on experience with supporting index governance activities and compliance related processes.

You dont need to know everything on day one well help you build the skills confidence and network to grow your career.

What Youll Do

Support the team with day-to-day tasks and contribute to ongoing initiatives.

Learn how to apply core processes and tools relevant to the role through handson experience.

Collaborate with teammates across different functions and regions.

Bring your ideas and curiosity to problem-solving and project work.

Develop your technical and professional skills through training and mentorship.

What Youll Bring

Currently pursuing a degree in finance or business.

Eagerness to learn ask questions and take on new challenges.

Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Curiosity about technology finance and global markets.

Basic skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

This position will be located in Philadelphia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
