Le Chargé de Clientèle aura pour mission la gestion des tâches administratives complexes liées aux contrats aux opérations commerciales et aux relations clients. Il prépare examine et supervise des documents commerciaux tels que les contrats les bons de commande les contrats de vente et les amendements. Il aide à la préparation de rapports détaillés sur la performance commerciale la conformité contractuelle et les tendances du marché pour la haute direction. Il gère lescalade des demandes clients et résout des questions administratives complexes liées aux opérations commerciales. Fournit conseils et soutien au personnel administratif commercial junior. Améliore la précision et lefficacité dans ladministration des contrats réduisant ainsi le risque de problèmes de conformité.

Les compétences requises incluent une expérience avérée en administration commerciale ou support commercial de préférence dans un poste avancé une solide connaissance de la gestion des contrats et des exigences de conformité ainsi que la capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités sous pression.
