As Quality Assurance Manager you play a key role in safeguarding Pauligs product quality food safety and brand integrity across our production sites. You will be responsible for improving implementing and training on quality food safety and legal compliance processes ensuring first time right process efficiency and consistently high product quality.
In this role you proactively prevent recalls and withdrawals protect our brand and reputation and ensure that defined quality and food safety standards are met and continuously improved. You act as the quality ambassador on site working closely with production supply chain and R&D to embed a strong Food Safety Culture throughout the organisation.

Your Key Ingredients
Ensuring compliance with Paulig procedures legal requirements and customer standards across manufacturing and warehousing
Owning and maintaining HACCP plans for production and warehouse operations
Keeping the Food Safety & Quality Management System up to date
Leading root cause analyses (RCA) risk assessments and production & warehouse control plans
Coordinating and representing the factory during internal external customer and authority audits
Managing audit findings including follow-up corrective actions and closure of non-conformances
Driving continuous improvement in quality performance
Implementing and strengthening Food Safety Culture
Training and developing operators in quality and food safety practices
Supporting R&D on site-related topics such as recipes and trials
Ensuring implementation of Health & Safety and Environmental (including energy) policies
You combine strong analytical and integration skills with a hands-on pragmatic approach. You take initiative act on problems at their root and are confident implementing solutions in a production environment. You are able to advise influence and build credibility with a wide range of stakeholders by balancing expertise with a collaborative mindset.
You naturally adopt a service-oriented approach enabling and guiding others through your quality and food safety knowledge and you enjoy working closely across functions and organisational boundaries. Driven by curiosity and a continuous learning mindset you actively seek to develop yourself and improve the way things are done. You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating in an international environment.
