1 PT shift: Fri & Sat 11pm-7am $21/hr (base pay shift differential $21/hr)

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Client Supervision:
Lead and supervise clients in the Brainerd Mens Program on the residential housing floor and during all duties and activities during the course of the work shift.

Client Transportation:
Maintain valid drivers license at all times for driving Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge vehicles.
Transport clients to all program functions.

Minimum Qualifications:

On-Call Staff are expected to work 2-3 shifts per month and attend staff meetings. Documented 1 year freedom from chemical use problems (including tobacco drugs alcohol).
Strong ability to relate to and mentor people with life-controlling problems.
Strong leadership skills (one on one and group situations).
Ability to remain on task and follow through on multiple concurrent assignments with frequent interruptions.
Ability to successfully complete background check process.
Possession of a valid drivers license and a clean driving record and ability to be insured under organizations vehicle insurance carrier.
Must possess a MN state drivers license or be willing to transfer out of state license to MN state drivers license.

Physical demands:
Ability to stand for the majority of an 8 hour shift.
Ability to climb up and down three flights of stairs several times during a regular shift.
Ability to walk during the majority of a regular shift.
Ability to remain seated for the majority of a regular shift.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Compensation:

Weekday 1st shift & 2nd shifts: (7am - 3pm): Base Rate $17/hr

Weekday or Weekend 3rd shift (11pm - 7am): $4/hr shift differential ($4 base rate of $17 $21/hr)

Weekend 1st shift & 2nd shift: $2/hr shift differential ($2 base rate of $17 $19/hr)
