What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and staff by following post orders site-specific policies and/or emergency response procedures at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas exterior grounds parking areas and perimeter doors to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions.
• Monitor access points verify identification and/or authorization as required and direct visitors deliveries and contractors according to site procedures.
• Respond to alarms calls for assistance and incidents in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders when appropriate.
• Document patrol activity incidents and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems and communicate relevant information to the oncoming shift and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
