Assists in overseeing intervention systems (RTI/MTSS) to address academic and behavioral other duties as assigned by the Principal or Culture Climate and Student Support Assists in establishing and sustaining a positive inclusive and academically focused school student discipline in a fair consistent and restorative behavior systems and monitors student attendance behavior and daily student supervision including arrival dismissal lunch recess and crisis response procedures and student safety compliance with state and federal student support requirements including FINS petitions documentation and court proceedings as student registration scheduling and academic placement Leadership and Professional GrowthAssists in supervising supporting and evaluating certified and classified staff in accordance with district policy and state coaching and support for instructional in planning and facilitating professional learning aligned to school and district in recruitment interviewing reference checks and hiring a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement among professionalism accountability and collaborative new teacher mentoring and induction Safety and ComplianceAssists with the development and management of the master campus safety and security planning in collaboration with district leadership and law enforcement with supervision of state and federal program compliance at the building purchase requests and monitors assigned budget accurate records reports and documentation as compliance with district policies Arkansas Department of Education regulations and applicable with the supervision of extracurricular activities and school events.
