Job Summary

This receptionist role is essential to our organization as this person is the first point of contact at the dealership. This position plays a vital part in our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Meeting and Greeting clients
Customer Service: Answering and forwarding call in a timely matter.
Office Support: Provide general administrative support to the accounting department; such as stocking in new vehicles and filing deal jacketsmaintaining the scanned documents spreadsheet and maintaining spreadsheets for the sales staff.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required
Computer Proficiency: basic computer skills and phone experience is preferred but not required
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry is preferred but not required
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred but not required
General: Ensure prompt and regular attendance and perform other appropriate duties as may be assigned by Management
