Job Summary

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing positive customer relations by providing courteous efficient and proactive customer service.
  • Answering inbound calls and creating service tickets ensuring orders are accurate and complete
  • Working closely with the sales department and customers to schedule service calls
  • Invoicing open orders
  • Working with vendors to source/cost materials
  • Managing open orders and assisting with collections
  • Setting residential service schedule

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication skills and courteous telephone manner
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Must be able to communicate in the English language; verbally and in writing
  • Must be familiar with MS Office applications i.e. Microsoft Outlook Word Teams and Excel

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience preferred
  • Previous estimating experience is a plus
