Software Engineer I!
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required

High School 1 year experience

Description:
As part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative develop capabilities to shift from the current manual system security evaluation and authorization process to a new model that emphasizes automation streamlined processes and approvals continuous monitoring and assessment and network data gathering across the entire life cycle of a project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The engineer will be heavily involved with the creation maintenance and running of Pig and or PySpark analytics and is responsible for reviewing data ingest tickets and merge requests with other developers on the team.
The engineer is focused on delivering reliable accurate data to the end users as well as ensuring that day-to-day operations are successful. Including being able to investigate data arriving accurately into the system.

Required:
Strong background in analytics development
PigPySpark

Desired- not required:
Patch management and IAVA tracking
Python
JavaScala
NiFi
Ansible
Experience working in Agile environment

Salary varies based on Years of experience: $140000-$144000
A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered including but not limited to geographic location Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates relevant work experience specialized skills and competencies education and certifications.
