Are you passionate about sports entertainment or cutting-edge technology Join Levys technology team at Chase Field and be part of the action behind the scenes. Youll ensure our technologyespecially POS systems and event-day devicesruns smoothly so fans enjoy a seamless experience. Youll troubleshoot in real-time install and manage equipment and contribute to delivering first-class service at one of the busiest venues in sports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing POS and supporting systems before each event under direction of Regional IT.
- Support event-day operations by addressing basic technical issues.
- Troubleshoot device connectivity and software/hardware malfunctions.
- Record and report all issues resolutions and recommendations post-event.
Maintenance & Setup
- Support Regional IT with install move or replace hardware when required.
- Assist with software upgrade and network improvements.
- Assist with inventory of tech equipment
Communication & Reporting
- Keep relevant teams informed of issue status.
- Deliver recap reports detailing event-day performance and any ongoing concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in IT
- 1 year experience supporting tech systems (POS hardware software) preferred.
- Must be local to the area and have reliable transportation to the ballpark.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively; meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Basic networking knowledge (firewalls switches wireless)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas and basic analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Physical demands:
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods ranging 6-12 hours during events or as required by operational demands.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including walking standing sitting ascending/descending stairs as necessary.
- Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend stoop and kneel as needed.
- Frequently required to use fingers and hands to type enter data or operate equipment.
