We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Associate Compensation.
In this role you will need:
- Administer the tracking of Replacement of Policy (ROP) to send out letters to client/agents/distributors.
- Assess and do fact finds for appeals by the agents.
- Communicate to stakeholders including but not limited to agency leaders business partners and management to ensure they are kept abreast of relevant information required relating to ROP.
- Administer the Distribution Channel Compensation to ensure on time and accurate payments.
- Key touchpoint for internal and external customers enquiries on compensation related matters.
- Enhance / streamline workflow & update of SOP where applicable
- Deliver on ad hoc tasks when assigned
- Participate in projects & UAT as required
To be successful you will need:
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills: MS Excel (Pivot Tables Formula) MS Word
- Proficiency in VBA & Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage
- Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team;Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders
- Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment;Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline
- Resourceful Independent & strong problem-solving skills
