We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Associate Compensation.

In this role you will need:

Administer the tracking of Replacement of Policy (ROP) to send out letters to client/agents/distributors.
Assess and do fact finds for appeals by the agents.
Communicate to stakeholders including but not limited to agency leaders business partners and management to ensure they are kept abreast of relevant information required relating to ROP.
Administer the Distribution Channel Compensation to ensure on time and accurate payments.
Key touchpoint for internal and external customers enquiries on compensation related matters.
Enhance / streamline workflow & update of SOP where applicable
Deliver on ad hoc tasks when assigned
Participate in projects & UAT as required

To be successful you will need:

Strong Microsoft Office Skills: MS Excel (Pivot Tables Formula) MS Word
Proficiency in VBA & Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage
Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team;Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders
Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment;Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline
Resourceful Independent & strong problem-solving skills
