Job Title: Channel Manager - Digital Power
Job Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Main Responsibilities:
Develop Photovoltaic business partners in Bulgaria enhance local partner ecosystem; ensure the achievement of partner target;
Engage regularly with channel partners acquire their requirements and demands and provide support
Provide support on channel partners training/branding activities
Execute channel policy and programs for channel partners
Collect market information on a regular basis to support the go-to-market strategy and channel policies improvement.
Development and implementation of partner capability improvement plans
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher in electrical engineering (or equivalent) would be preferred
Deep Knowledge in PV solution such as panel inverter and grid network etc. Additional knowledge of Greece market is a bonus
Sales experience in PV/ Energy field; Channel sales experiences or channel sales team management experiences would be preferred
Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge coupled with a dynamic approach to sales
Success-oriented motivation for market development
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the energy industry with at least 1 year of channel sales experience in industry-leading companies
Excellent command of the English language written and spoken Good communication and presentation skills
