Facilities Manager to oversee the safe and efficient running of the school site
Full-time position ASAP start
Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Manager to join a successful primary school in Croydon with an ASAP start. This is a key operational role ensuring the premises are safe compliant and maintained to a high standard for pupils staff and visitors.
The successful Facilities Manager will oversee day-to-day site operations health & safety compliance contractor management planned maintenance and site security. You will work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to ensure the school environment supports effective teaching and learning.
This role would suit an experienced Facilities Manager or Site Manager who is confident managing a primary school setting and maintaining strong operational standards.

Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Facilities Manager Site Manager or Premises Manager (school experience desirable)
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules
Organised practical and confident working independently
