Full-time leadership role April start
Our client is seeking an inspirational and experienced Head of Food Technology to join an Outstanding school in Oxford from April. This is a full-time leadership position ideal for a strong practitioner with a proven track record of delivering excellent outcomes and leading curriculum development.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the strategic development of Food Technology across KS3 & KS4 with the potential to oversee KS5 provision. You will lead curriculum planning assessment strategy quality assurance and staff mentoring while maintaining your own teaching timetable.
The department benefits from modern food preparation rooms industry-standard equipment and strong technical support. Senior leadership is highly supportive and committed to maintaining exceptional standards of teaching and learning.

Experience and Qualifications
Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
Strong subject knowledge in Food Technology with experience teaching to KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Proven leadership experience or readiness to step into a Head of Department role
Track record of raising attainment and maintaining high standards
