Premises Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the school site
Full-time position ASAP start
Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Premises Manager to join a thriving primary school in Westminster with an ASAP start. This is a key operational role ensuring the premises are safe compliant and maintained to a high standard for pupils staff and visitors.
The successful Premises Manager will oversee site maintenance health & safety compliance contractor coordination planned works and site security. You will manage any site staff where applicable and work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team to support the smooth running of the school.
This role would suit an experienced Premises Manager or Site Manager who is confident leading within a primary setting and maintaining strong operational standards.

Experience and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Premises Manager Site Manager or Facilities Manager (school experience desirable)
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules
Practical organised and confident in a leadership capacity
