Group Strategy Analyst for Scandic

Work responsibilities
As a Group Strategy Analyst you will work closely with the Director of Strategy and several other colleagues within the company. The role is broad and varied where your main responsibility is to analyze the market and contribute insights to strategic initiatives. You act as a strategic sounding board for other departments and participate in various projects together with functional other words it is a role with diverse tasks but also clear areas of responsibility. For example you will be responsible for preparing and driving the strategic followup work for the group which includes monitoring strategic initiatives and established this role you will work with both internal and external stakeholders and partners. You will have ongoing collaboration with several departments including Portfolio Commercial and Sustainability. You report to the Director of Strategy.
Your main responsibilities include:
Continuous market and industry monitoring
Presenting reports and data
Market analysis and strategic recommendations
Followup of strategic focus areas and objectives
Education experience and personal qualities
Degree in engineering or business administration
At least 12 years of work experience in an analytical role such as Business Analyst Management Consultant or similar
Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint experience with Power BI is a plus
Good knowledge of Swedish and English spoken and written
Experience in driving or leading projects (in professional settings or during studies) is an advantage
