About the Role:
As a Clinical Senior Occupational Therapist you will apply extensive clinical expertise to provide complex and consultancy occupational therapy services across the RMCLHN region. Working within a multi-disciplinary team you will uphold professional standards lead service development initiatives and ensure high-quality evidence-informed care tailored to rural and remote community needs.
You will provide mentorship and profession-specific supervision to less experienced Occupational Therapists and support clinical education for staff and students. Additionally you will contribute to the Occupational Therapy Network engage in research and evaluation to inform practice improvements and represent RMCLHN on relevant committees. The role also offers opportunities to lead projects foster expertise within the service and collaborate with key regional and state stakeholders
