In this role you will be working as a Commissioning Agent for a client that works in the MEP industry. This position will be responsible for developing and executing commissioning plans testing procedures and documentation requirements.

This position is a contact role for around 6 months. This role reports into a Houston office but will require travel to projects site within Houston Dallas and Ft. Worth.

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field
5 years of experience in commissioning quality control or systems testing
Strong understanding of building systems such as HVAC Electrical and Water systems
Able to read and interpret construction plans specifications and technical documentation
Develop test procedures and oversee functional tests at project sites
Verify and evaluate test results against project requirements to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Support project closeout
Ability to do some overnight travel when needed to project sites
